Our Mission BLACK SODA ASSOCIATION RULES OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Black Soda is a private membership association! No one may attend any function or come in the property without being accepted as a member of Black Soda. Black Soda Association is not open to the general public.
2. A phone interview is required prior to an invitation to join the Black Soda Association. The purpose of this interview is to advise everyone exactly what to expect at Black Soda. There will be nudity and sexual activity on premises, but we assure each person that nothing is required in our club but courtesy.
3. All memberships are joint memberships with the partners that signed the original application. Members may only come to Black Soda with their respective co-member.
4. Single men are not allowed, under any circumstances, to attend a social function at Black Soda. Single females may occasionally attend as the guest of a couple, as long as they call for a phone interview prior to coming to a function. They will apply for a one time, temporary membership upon arrival.
5. Heavy drinking is discouraged, remember, no one is comfortable around a drunk. Also guys, drinking inhibits stiff plumbing.
6. As a courtesy to our newer guests, please do not engage in heavy sexual activities in the nightclub area. We have provided many fantasy areas for the more sexual activities.
7. Drinks, food, and gum are permitted in the nightclub.
8. No glass permitted in the nightclub. Get a plastic cup from the bar.
9. NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS, INCLUDING THE
BUILDING OR PARKING LOT! ANY VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP!
10. Cameras or video equipment is not permitted on the property.
11. Out of respect for other members, domestic quarrels are to be taken home.
12. Any conduct requiring an apology is grounds for expulsion.
13. For problems or questions of any kind, please feel free to refer to a staff member.
14. Staff members are volunteers, not your servants, please be polite.
15. Both members must leave together; when one leaves, the other must also go.
16. As a member of the Black Soda Association, you hereby acknowledge and agree:
That the functions, meetings, and parties held by the Black Soda Association are private membership functions for the express purpose of sharing and communicating ideas concerning human relationships as expressed through human sensuality and sexuality. YOU expressly acknowledge, agree and consent to be exposed to and observe conduct consistent with the purpose of the association, which will include nudity and adult sexual contact. YOU affirmatively state the aforementioned expressive conduct and activity is not offensive or lewd to YOU.
That YOU and the Black Soda Association, absent a valid court order, will maintain the privacy rights of all other members and shall not reveal the identity of any individual, not give, loan, or sell the name(s) and contact information of any member to any other party. Furthermore, YOU agree not to record any of the members attending any function, meeting or party by photographic, video, digital, or audio recording devices without a written waiver, executed by the member(s) and the responsible personnel of the Black Soda Association.
That any and all information concerning the location of functions, meetings or parties, the identity of members, or the activities shall not be disclosed to any non0member without the express written consent of the Black Soda Association.
That any fees or charges paid to the Black Soda Association are for the operation and maintenance of the Black Soda Association and ARE SPECIFICALLY NOT for any sexual activity that you may observe or engage in while attending any function, meeting or party of the Black Soda Association.
That YOU agree to not engage in any illegal activity of any type at any function, meeting or party including, but not limited to, possession or use of controlled substances, possession or use of illegal drugs, offering or accepting any type of consideration for any sexual activity, any sexual activity prohibited by the State of California, the use of tobacco products in contravention of the laws of the State of California, the use of any threat or coercion, the unauthorized harmful or offensive contact with any other person and any act that would endanger the health and being of any other person present at any function, meeting or party of the Black Soda Association.
That YOU agree to expressly waive any liability of the Black Soda Association and hold the Black Soda Association harmless for any injury or loss that you many sustain as a result of, or during your attendance or injury or loss which is due to the sole negligence of intentional acts of the owners, directors, officers, agents or employees of the Black Soda Association.
That YOUR application to become a member of the Black Soda Association constitutes an express agreement with the terms and conditions set forth above and those terms and conditions which may be presented to YOU in the future as an amendment to this agreement.
We appreciate and support those who are courteous, polite, and respectful.

MEMBERSHIP MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE ATTENDING ANY FUNCTION!
**First time SINGLE FEMALES FREE on first visit.
$40 for a yearly membership Renewals due each August.
$50 per couple OR $25 female singles.
$90 Monthly Dues. This fee allows you to attend any function of the Black Soda Association. It also entitles you to a 15% discount on novelties, such as adult toys.
We are NOT open to the general public. You must:
1. Be a male/female couple.
2. Have completed a telephone interview.
3. If a member, have your membership card.
Hours operation are from 8:00PM to 4:00AM Friday night and Saturday night from 8:00PM to 10:00 Sunday morning. You may spend the night, but must leave when your partner leaves.
Drinks, food, and gum are NOT allowed in the bathrooms or bedroom.
DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!
At Black Soda, we practice safe sex. Complimentary condoms are provided.
At Black Soda, NO means NO! Courtesy is our number 1 rule. It is never courteous to touch without permission. Permission is always required at Black Soda.
